The main building is a non-smoking building with exterior corridors, located across the street from the beach (only about 100 yards). All the rooms and balconies are non-smoking, but there are designated outdoor smoking areas. None of these rooms have guaranteed ocean views, but the beach is easily accessible... only steps away from the sand! In addition to the amenities listed above, all rooms in the main building include the following:
- Refrigerators and coffee makers (with coffee and condiments).
- 37" flat-screen LCD TV(s) with HBO access and DVD players.
- A hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Kingsdown hypo-allergic beds: king-sized Pillow Top mattresses or queen-sized Pillow Soft mattresses (15" thick).
- An individual energy management system equipped with a thermostat.
King Room (Type 11)
This room is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has one king-sized bed, a dorm-sized mini refrigerator, and one bathroom. The unit includes a work desk.
Single Efficiency (Type 13)
This room is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has one queen-sized bed, an efficiency kitchen, and one bathroom.
King Efficiency (Type 25)
This room is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has one king-sized bed, an efficiency kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.
King Mini Suite (Type 7)
This room is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors only and is composed of one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a small sitting area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, an efficiency kitchen, and one bathroom.
Two Queen Beds (Type 12)
This room is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has two queen-sized beds, a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.
Two Queen Bed Efficiency (Type 14)
This room is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has two queen-sized beds, an efficiency kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.
2 Room Efficiency Apartment w/ 2 Queen Beds (Type 16)
This two-room apartment is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has two separate sleeping rooms with a queen-sized bed in each, a efficiency kitchen, and one bathroom.
2 Room Efficiency Apartment w/ 3 Queen Beds (Type 15)
This two-room apartment is located between the 1st and 3rd floors and has two separate sleeping rooms (the front room has one queen-sized bed and the back room has two queen-sized beds), a efficiency kitchen, and one bathroom.
Two-Bedroom Penthouse (Type 8)
This two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the top floor of the 4-story main building. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a Jacuzzi garden tub, with a private bathroom and private balcony.
Three-Bedroom Penthouse (Type 9)
This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the top floor of the 4-story main building. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.
