The main building is located across the street from the ocean: only about 100 yards from the sand! Here, there is a wide variety of room types for every party- suites, efficiencies, and two- and three- bedroom penthouses. These clean, affordable units are sure to put you at ease.

The beachfront building is completely non-smoking (including the common areas) and includes singles, doubles, king and queen suites, and a three bedroom penthouse. All oceanfront rooms have direct ocean views... and private balconies with rocking chairs!

Our private cottages and apartment unit (located west of our main building) or our large penthouses (located either in our main building or oceanfront building) will quickly become your "home away from home". Come with family or friends and stay in the two- or three-bedroom units, or have a more intimate experience in the one-bedroom units.

The oceanfront building is a fully non-smoking, key-secured building with interior corridors and elevator access. In addition to the amenities listed above, all oceanfront rooms include the following:

  • Efficiency kitchens, including a coffee maker (with coffee and condiments), microwave, stove, full-sized refrigerator, and freezer with icemaker. Each room includes basic cookware and dinnerware, glasses, and utensils for four.
  • Private balconies with rocking chairs, facing the Atlantic Ocean. Every room has a direct ocean view!
  • 37" flat-screen LCD TV(s) with HBO access and DVD players.
  • A hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • Kingsdown hypo-allergic beds: king-sized Pillow Top mattresses or queen-sized Pillow Soft mattresses (15" thick)
  • An individual energy management system equipped with a thermostat.

This oceanfront room is located on the 1st floor only and is composed of one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a small sitting room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.

This oceanfront room is located between the 1st and 5th floors and has two queen-sized beds, as well as a full kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.

This oceanfront room is located between the 1st and 5th floors and has one king-sized bed, as well as a full kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.

This oceanfront room is located between the 2nd and 5th floors and is composed of one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, an efficiency kitchen, one bathroom, and a private balcony with rocking chairs.

Oceanfront Three Bedroom Penthouse (Type 21)

This three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront unit is the entire top floor of the 6-story oceanfront building. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and work desk, and the master bathroom has two vanities, a whirlpool jetted tub, and a separate shower.
